feat: Add new sections and improve layout

- Added ExperienceSection and SkillsSection components to showcase user experience and skills.
- Updated App component to include new sections in the Home layout.
- Enhanced Projet component with improved styling and functionality, including a video player.
- Integrated new translations in English and French for additional sections.
- Updated navigation bar to include links to new sections.
- Added Dockerfile and nginx configuration for deployment.
- Removed unused video files and optimized existing components for better performance.
- Updated CVSection to correctly reference the CV file path.
- Improved styling across various components for a more cohesive design.
